I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms, super friendly and helpful staff. The dining experience was satisfactory, and the location was excellent being right on the Riverwalk. Some improvements could be made in the dining options and room layout.

My room was conveniently located next to the elevators and offered useful amenities like a small microwave, good size fridge, and a small sink. However, noise from under the room door was slightly bothersome.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The valet parking was convenient and well worth the minimal fee. The check-in was quick, and the room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The staff was amazing, very nice, helpful, and friendly. However, the room smelled like cigarette smoke and was a bit small.
